How can I buy lift tickets online?

To charge an existing keycard you need the number on your keycard. If you don`t have a keycard buy it online and pick it up at the ticket office

You simply log in and pay with your credit card. Next time you buy you also avoid to register you personal data, keycard numbers and your creditcard data

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single useraccount. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

What about kids?

Children between the age of 0-6 get free access in the our child lift! Helmet is required for all children. The child lift has its own child entry.

Alle the other lifts requires Keycard for children. You can buy Keycards in our online store.

Do I need an existing keycard?

No you do not need an exciting Keycard to buy passes online.

If you do have an exciting Keycard you can recharge this in our online store. If you do not have one, you can buy this online. When you arrive at Vassfjellet you can pick up your Keycard in our ticket-machine. Next time you arrive, you're able to recharge your pass online.

If some of the company have Keycard and others don't, you can still buy this in the online store. Recharge the existing ones, and and buy new ones for those who do not have one.

Everyone need a Keycard to access the lifts in Vassfjellet.

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase

What is the difference between a keycard/chipcard and a ticket?

Keycard is the physical card, plastic card you use when you go through the gates at the resort

Where do i find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip/keycard is printed on the plastic card

I forgot my keycard at home

Please go to the ticketoffice and they will help you.

Where should I have my Keycard?

The Keycard should be placed in your left pocket.

Do I have to choose a specific date?

No, we only sell drop-in-passes. These are not related to dato or time.

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.

If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.
